Very Nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very good onsite food and excellent complimentary breakfast. Very clean room and good value for your money.
Nothing.. But its really bad experience altogether. No elevator service! No Comforter in the room. No Refrigerator. Vry Poor Room Service. Whomever in the reception at the time when we checked in, he dont ever care/listen what the guest says... Always says.. No...no....no!!! I requested to him for a change of room, since there is no evevator, he dont even answed property, and answerd while talking on his mobile, 'no'. At the room they provide only a thin bed sheet, and not comfortor, when I asked in the morning about this, they said, since I didnt ask, they dont provide! Your driver will take more charge since the location is outside the tour area.
Very nice. Restaurant needs more attention but they say they work towards more atmosphere there. Lovely stay
Spacious room with big beds and the apartment was spotlessly clean. They organised train pickup for us. They recommended motorised rickshaw drivers that had a lot of character and very good English. Free wifi and computers you can use. We ate from their restaurant, our first dining experience in India so I had no idea what to order and they recommended a delicious meal...no side effects! We travelled with children and they loved watching the cartoons on the flat screen tv.
The only downside was a dogdy shower, it is so weak and even though I turned the heater on, it was only hot on one night but apart from that our stay was perfect!
The best part of the hotel is...... the unlimited breakfast, wifi connections and very good staff specially d manager is very humble.thanxxxxx.......keep it up.
it is in city centre and decent place for family. staff are courteous and co-operative. good comforts.
Friendly staff and really nice rooms close to the train station. An excellent quality/price for the room ! It's brand new has some finitions are not finished.
The thing I liked about H.R. Palace is that it is very good value for money, the location of the hotel is very good, not too noisy, the building is very nicely decorated in Rajahstan style. A place to recomend if you are not too picky or demanding.
The breakfast is austere, especially when compared to other hotels in India, the service is slow, you have to ask for everything, even for the room to be cleaned.
Price quality hard to beat, Internet very good, staff very friendly
They forgot to pick me up from the airport (easy though) and they never came to clean the room (I didn't ask as well - was a short stay)
The best Hotel we had in India (we were in Mumbai, Jaipur, Agra and Delhi). Very clean, room service, towels always clean. Very kind staff (well english speaking). We stayed one extra night. Nice garden in front of the Hotel for some relax etc. I would definitely recommend this place and i will definitely come back when i'm back in Jaipur. It is about 1km from central railway station and the same distance from Bus station (we paid 50RS for riksha and 100RS for taxi). Wifi works too.
Two good things about our stay at HR Palace were watching a wedding procession go by the hotel and dinner at the hotel down the street.
Beautiful colonial building with luxury renovated rooms at very reasonable prices and very helpful and friendly staff. We would recommend!!
Very friendly staff. Large room, basic but clean. City centre easily accessible by rickshaw. Overall good value for the money.
AC was very noisy so we left it off. Fortunately it wasn't too hot when we were there. Image quality on the TV was horrible. Restaurant is utilitarian at best, with no windows and no decor to speak of. I wouldn't recommend eating there except for breakfast.
the building and design is beautiful comparing to the surroundings. The room is comfortable.
I was pleasently surprised, because it was the cheapest but the best hotel I've stayed in in india. The staff was very helpfull, the room was big, clean, and nicely decorated. Great vallue for money. I recomend!
At the booking process, I've used special request box to ask them if they could pick us up at the train staion since we were arriving late, but I havent recived any response.
